If you see that your package is damaged when you pick it up, we ask you to report this to the delivery point. If you discover any other damage after you have opened your package, please contact us.
In the event of war, natural disaster, labor market measures, government decisions, non-deliveries from subcontractors, costly circumstances, and thus comparable events beyond our control which could not reasonably be expected to affect the agreements entered into and our commitments, which means that we cannot hold the aforementioned agreement / commitment shall constitute the reason why we are exempted from our obligations to fulfill.
