Vision of Taracci
What is clothing design?

To show braveness the garments should follow the body as an extra comfortable and stylish look, natural material and great knowledge of fit are required. Each garment also requires its own personal style and dynamic.

In 1999 I registered the brand and then threw me into the new millennium. Already with an interest in reviving the extinct interest in arts and crafts, I came to produce a series of original creations on a limited scale. My goal is to continue working in the same spirit, each garment requires its own group of followers of courage.

SHIPPING POLICY

Prices

Each item at taracci.com is stated with price including VAT,. In the shopping cart you can see the total price including all fees, eg VAT and shipping.

Payment

The options available are payment by card, paypall and direct transfer through your bank.

Shipping Warranty

We use PostNord for goods delivery and sending our packages recommended. Keep in mind that it is only the person who is the buyer that can pick up the package from the delivery point. For more information visit PostNord's website.

If you see that your package is damaged when you pick it up, we ask you to report this to the delivery point. If you discover any other damage after you have opened your package, please contact us

Force majeure

In the event of war, natural disaster, labor market measures, government decisions, non-deliveries from subcontractors, costly circumstances, and thus comparable events beyond our control which could not reasonably be expected to affect the agreements entered into and our commitments, which means that we cannot hold the aforementioned agreement / commitment shall constitute the reason why we are exempted from our obligations to fulfill

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Refund

We will, if you have exercised your right of withdrawal, repay what you have paid for the goods as soon as possible, but no later than 30 days from the day we received the goods in return.

Returns

Returns shall be made within 14 days after they are received at own cost. When returning, you should use the refund note that was in the package from us. You are welcome to return the product in the same package as it came in. If the package / packaging is so poor that it entails a risk of the clothes being damaged, we want you to send them in a new package. In order for the return to be approved, the product must be unused , in an unchanged condition and with the label on.

Exchange

At an exchange we will pay for the new shipping from us.

Deliveries not collected

For packages that are not redeemed, Taracci reserves the right to charge EUR 20 for costs incurred regarding return shipping, handling fee and handling cost. If you do not want the goods you ordered and have not canceled them, we recommend you to unpack the package and then return it. If the package is not retrieved, it will automatically be registered as unresolved and will be charged accordingly.
